INTERISLAND FLIGHTS: Your reservation includes ROUND TRIP airfare in Coach class on Aloha Airlines for the number of people you indicate. Some itineraries to smaller airports on Lanai, Molokai, and Kapulua utilize Aloha's sister airline, Island Air. There is a $11 surcharge per direction per person for Island Air flights. In the rare instance where you must utilize both Aloha Airlines and Island Air (e.g. Kauai to Molokai), the price of your Fly-Drive will be much higher, as you must essentially purchase separate tickets for each leg of your journey.

RENTAL CAR TAXES: Your Fly-Drive package includes all air taxes, but does NOT include rental car taxes and state fees, which can total over $6 per day.

ROUTING: No stopovers are allowed if traveling via another island (usually Honolulu). Open Jaws (depart from one airport and return to another) ARE allowed--please ask your agent.

INFANTS: Infants (under 2 years) may travel free if they sit on their parents laps (i.e. they do not take up a seat).

MILEAGE: You CAN accrue frequent flyer mileage on Aloha Airlines (250 miles per direction). Please fill out the form where it asks for frequent flyer numbers. No mileage may be accrued for your car rental.

FARES SUBJECT TO CHANGE: As with all airline tickets, fares are subject to change until actually purchased .

REFUNDABILITY: Once purchased,Fly-Drive packages are refundable less a ten percent cancellation penalty.

CHANGES: Dates are changeable by calling Aloha Airlines directly on the day of your travel.

ELECTRONIC TICKETS: All air ticketsand car reservations are issued as Electronic Tickets . At the airport, you must present your picture ID, plus the credit card you utilized to purchase the ticket. The airline will then issue your boarding passes.

HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR FLY-DRIVE: We normally accept payment for these packages via credit card--all major credit cards are accepted. Please speak to your agent if you prefer to pay by cashier's check, money order, or bank transfer. Personal checks are not accepted. When you are ready to pay for your Fly-Drive package, you can call, FAX, or email us with your credit card information.To fully verify your account and prevent credit card fraud, we require the full billing address associated with your credit card(including phone number). Credit card informationis verified utilizing the CyberCash system. The credit card utilized must be in the name of one of the people traveling. If a person other than the traveler(s) desiresto pay for the tickets with a credit card, we require that person to fill out and sign a special form and mail or fax it to us, along with a legible photocopy of the front and back of their credit card. SHIPPING: We will mail youan itinerary, including your airline "Record Locator Number" that is used by the airline to confirm your reservation, and your car rental confirmation number.
