Group bookings (four (4) rooms or more), Special Time Periods (see "NOTE" below), and Extended stays (four (4) room nights or more) have different policies (30-day cancellation 50% non-refundable booking fee...booking fees are credited upon arrival only); speak to a reservations agent for clarification. NOTE: Special Time Periods are Winter Holiday (December 20th-January 2nd every year), Merrie Monarch (sometime in March or April; usually the week following Easter Sunday every year), and Crater Rim Run (last Friday and Saturday of July every year).
