CONSTRUCTION ALERT:
The Aqua Island Colony announced they will be doing spalling work to the property. Beginning the week of March 24, 2008, contractors will work on floors 44 through 27. In the removal stage, the pool and jacuzzi will be closed from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. They will be opened all day on the weekends and holidays. This project is scheduled for completion sometime a the end of August 2008. Some guest rooms lanais will be unavailable during the spalling project.

It is a high rise building so the higher floors do offer good mountain, city and ocean views. Located on the other side of Waikiki next to the Ala Wai Canal, it is set a little too far away from the ocean for my taste. |
