| Grand Wailea Resort's Family & Childrens Program
The Grand Wailea Resort's Camp Grande is a fun, spacious and friendly mini-resort for kids 5 to 12 years old. The 20,000 square foot facility is designed to accommodate the whim of every child and their parents. Fun and exciting activities range from learning to play the ukulele and dancing hula, to playing ancient Hawaiian lawn games, kite making and storytelling. A minimum of 3 children are necessary to operate Day and Night Camp. Please call Camp at least 24 hours in advance to register. Morning session - 9AM to 12:30PM: Kids begin with a "friendship circle" so that they can meet fellow campers and get to know their counselors. Activities may include sand-sculpting contests, guided tide pooling and reef exploration, nature walks along the beach, swimming, relay races, games, arts & crafts, and scavenger hunts. Afternoon Session: 12:30-4PM: Afternoons are filled with water fun at the Wailea Canyon Activity Pool and later kids relax in the camp Theatre to enjoy popcorn and snacks. Night Camp: 5P-10P: Exciting adventures are in store for kids with walkie-talkie tag, hotel scavenger hunts, sand crabbing, theatre games, picture frame making and cookie decorating. Fees; $75 for a full day, $45 for a Morning or Afternoon Session, $55 for Night Camp. Special workshops (3-4PM) range from $10 to $35. Camp Grande is for children (ages 5-12) of hotel guests and rates are only payable in Hawaii. Program and rates are subject to change without notice. Registration takes place at the start of each session. Morning session includes lunch, afternoon session includes a snack, and Night Camp includes dinner. Parents are welcome to join their children for lunch. |

All rooms are oversized (aprox. 640 sq. ft.) with either a king or two double beds. In-room amenities include a private lanai (patio), separate bath and shower area, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 27" color TV with cable, in-room movies, three direct-dial telephones, in-room mini-bar, complimentary safe, coffee-maker, bathrobes, and slippers. GRANDE.
Located in all wings of the Resort, most of the rooms are on the higher floors. Each room offers 640 square feet of luxurious accommodations which include either a king bed or two executive sized doubles, comfortable sitting chaise with table, desk, mini-bar, and safe; spacious tile bathroom with oversized bathtub and separate glass enclosed shower area.
PREMIER.
Located on the lower floors of the Resort, nearer to the beach, pools and Spa facilities. Each room offers 640 square feet of luxurious accommodations which include either a king bed or two executive sized doubles, comfortable sitting chaise with table, desk, mini-bar, and safe; spacious tile bathroom with oversized bathtub and separate glass enclosed shower area.
TERRACE.
Located in the Molokini wing facing Mt. Haleakala. Each room offers 640 square feet of luxurious accommodations which include either a king bed or two executive sized doubles, comfortable sitting chaise with table, desk, mini-bar, and safe; spacious tile bathroom with oversized bathtub and separate glass enclosed shower area.

| Our Sales Manager Chris Says ... The Grand Wailea Resort is known for having the most extensive swimming pool area of any resort in Hawaii. It seems like a playground with waterfalls and slides, kids and adults alike will go "bananas. " Adults will fall in love with the extensive spa facility. |
| Our Agent Brad Says ... The Grand Wailea Resort is one of the largest resorts in Maui (and definitely the most expensive. ) They are best know for their "water park" like pool and luxurious spa. The rooms are large, 640 sq ft. The hotel has its own wedding chapel. The issues that I have with the hotel are: 1-Service and food are only mediocre, not what they should be at these prices. 2- Expensive extra charges for almost everything. Hotels like The Four Seasons Maui and The Fairmont Kea Lani tend to have things like beach chairs, pool cabanas, and parking included in the room price (or at at much lower fee. ) These are some of the reasons that I like these two properties better than the Grand Wailea. If your primary concern is a great pool for the kids, then the Grand Wailea may be for you. If you are looking for a more "adult" experience and better service and food then you will probably enjoy the Kea Lani or the Four Seasons more. |

| Our Agent Maryjayne Says ... The Grand Wailea Resort is a very beautiful, luxurious, and . . . HUGE . . . resort that is great for the entire family. It has a spa/massage center (Spa Grande) and pool area that guests of all ages will LOVE! The property has a handful of restaurants and lounges including an open restaurant called "Bistro Molokini", and a floating restaurant called "Humuhumunukunukuapua'a" Children 5-12 years old may attend Camp Grande where they can participate in a variety of activities including ukulele and hula lessons, ancient Hawaiian lawn games, building sand castles, scavenger hunts and many more! The property is also located on the beautiful Wailea Beach, great for swimming and snorkeling. Visit the Grand Wailea Resort and experience it for yourself! |
