RESORT FEE: The Castle Hali'i Kai At Waikoloa charges a mandatory Resort Fee of $30 per night per room that is in addition to our rates and that will be automatically added to your bill by the hotel. The Resort Fee provides the following: Entry Gate Electronic Key Card (access to the resort premises and Ocean Club); Two Welcome Drink Coupons (redeemable at the Ocean Club Restaurant); Two 20 percent off Restaurant Coupons; Parking Permit.

SPECIAL NOTE: Daily maid service is not provided at this property for stays less than 7 days. For stays that are 7 days or longer, mid-stay housekeeping service is provided and includes changing linens and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal cost. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
